2.4 Registration Accuracy. 3. Account Responsibilities
3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777cbc login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 777cbc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777cbc immediately via [email protected]. Prompt notification limits potential losses; delayed notification may affect 777cbc's ability to investigate or recover affected funds.
3.3 Account Activity. All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed and transactions initiated — is deemed to have been conducted by you unless you have reported unauthorised access in accordance with clause 3.2 above. 777cbc reserves the right to void bets or transactions conducted during a period of demonstrated unauthorised access at its reasonable discretion.
3.4 Account Inactivity. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. 777cbc may notify you before applying any inactivity fee or initiating account closure procedures. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with the policies in effect at the time of closure.
4. KYC Verification
4.1 Verification Requirement. 777cbc is required to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawals and in other circumstances where identity verification is deemed necessary. You agree to cooperate fully with KYC requests and to submit requested documentation promptly.
4.2 Accepted Documents. The primary KYC document accepted by 777cbc is a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP). Both the front and reverse sides of the document must be submitted. A selfie photograph holding the document alongside your face may be required.
4.3 Proof of Address. For higher-tier accounts or withdrawal amounts exceeding applicable thresholds, 777cbc may require a proof of residential address in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document dated within ninety (90) days of the request.
4.4 Suspension Pending Verification. 777cbc reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality on any Account pending completion of KYC verification. Account deposits and gameplay may continue during such a suspension at 777cbc's discretion, however any winnings accumulated during a suspension period remain subject to full KYC verification before withdrawal.
4.5 Data Handling. KYC documents are processed and retained in accordance with 777cbc's Privacy Policy. Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit and are not shared with third-party marketing entities.
5. Deposits & Payments
5.1 Accepted Methods. 777cbc currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20 network). The availability of specific payment methods may change without notice; the current list of available methods is displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
5.2 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer methods, unless otherwise specified in the Cashier section. Minimum amounts for USDT deposits are displayed at the time of transaction in PKR equivalent.
5.3 Currency. All Account balances and transactions on 777cbc are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in a foreign currency (including USDT) will be converted to PKR at the exchange rate applied at the time of the transaction. 777cbc is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
5.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your 777cbc Account originate from a legitimate source and that you are the lawful owner or authorised user of the payment method used. Deposits sourced from proceeds of criminal activity will result in account closure and reporting to applicable authorities.
5.5 Processing Times. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your 777cbc balance within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on interbank processing times. 777cbc is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking systems.
6. Withdrawals
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested by Players whose Accounts have completed the applicable KYC verification requirements. 777cbc reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawal requests from Accounts with incomplete verification.
6.2 Verified Payment Method. All withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the verified payment method registered on your 777cbc Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified wallets, or payment methods not in the Account holder's own name are not permitted.
6.3 Processing Time. 777cbc aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements. Actual receipt of funds may depend on the processing times of JazzCash, Easypaisa, or the receiving bank.
6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 unless otherwise specified in the Cashier section at the time of request.
6.5 Bonus Wagering Requirements. Withdrawals of winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the respective promotion. Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 Promotional Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by 777cbc are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. 777cbc reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk; creating duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; or colluding with other Players in relation to promotional offers.
7.4 Modification and Withdrawal. 777cbc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice to Players who have not yet opted into the relevant promotion.
8. Betting & Gaming Rules
8.1 Game Rules. Each casino game and sports betting market available on 777cbc is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market prior to placing a wager. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before wagering.
8.2 Bet Finality. Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by 777cbc, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where 777cbc provides an explicit "cash out" or "bet edit" facility for a specific market or event.
8.3 Error and Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or display error that results in incorrect odds being offered or an erroneous game outcome being displayed, 777cbc reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the Players concerned. 777cbc shall not be liable for losses resulting from such malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
8.4 Suspicious Activity. 777cbc employs automated and manual monitoring for suspicious betting patterns. If activity on your Account is flagged as potentially fraudulent or in violation of these Terms, 777cbc may delay the processing of any associated withdrawal pending investigation.

During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and they will be prevented from registering a new Account. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of six (6) months unless a longer period is selected.
10.3 18+ Commitment. 777cbc is strictly committed to preventing underage gambling. Any Account suspected of being operated by a person under 18 years of age will be suspended pending age verification and, if the suspicion is confirmed, closed with forfeiture of any balance.

11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Ownership. All content on the 777cbc platform — including but not limited to the 777cbc brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of 777cbc or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, or exploit this content.
11.2 Limited Licence. 777cbc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence terminates automatically upon closure or suspension of your Account.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 General Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cbc's total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 Consequential Loss. 777cbc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to access the 777cbc platform.
12.3 Third-Party Services. 777cbc shall not be liable for delays, errors, or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or any participating bank.
13. Amendments
777cbc reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to taking effect. 14. Governing Law
